WoW Forever FAQ

What is WoW Forever?

World of Warcraft: Forever is Blizzard's permanent level-60 version of original Azeroth, announced at BlizzCon 2026. It adds new zones, 1,000+ quests, dungeons, raids and the Skyborne race instead of moving on to new expansions.

When does WoW Forever come out?

November 4, 2026 at 3 p.m. PST (23:00 UTC), which is November 5 in Europe and Asia. The beta runs until October 21.

Is WoW Forever free?

It is included with a WoW subscription or game time, so there is no separate purchase. Optional packs from $29.99 (reported US price) add the Skyborne race, name reservation and, with the Epic pack, beta access.

Is WoW Forever Classic+?

Yes in spirit: it is Blizzard's official take on the Classic+ idea players asked for, developed under the code name Camelot.
