WoW Forever Leveling Zones by Level

The short answer

The in-game Group Finder gives a level range for 41 zones and 23 dungeons. New in Forever: Zephras Isle (1–14, Skyborne start), Riverglades (33–54) and Mount Hyjal (55–60). Shen'dralas has a map but no range yet. Hall of Thanes (13–20) and Ruins of Lordaeron (15–22) are the first new dungeons.

Starting zones are faction zones; everything from the 20s on is contested. Zephras Isle is the Skyborne starting zone for both factions and needs a Skyborne pack.

Level faster on your second character

Legacy perks such as Well Rested (more rested experience) and Talented (talent points from level 5) speed up alts. Plan them in the Legacy planner, pick a leveling build in the talent calculator and read the Cooking guide for experience-boosting food. Leveling FAQ

What are the new leveling zones in WoW Forever?

Zephras Isle (1–14), Riverglades (33–54), Mount Hyjal (55–60), Shen'dralas. Blizzard says Riverglades alone has more than 150 new quests.

Where do I level from 30 to 40?

Zones the Group Finder lists for levels in the 30s include Stonetalon Mountains, Ashenvale, Duskwood, Hillsbrad Foothills, Wetlands, Thousand Needles, Alterac Mountains, Arathi Highlands, Desolace, Stranglethorn Vale, Badlands, Dustwallow Marsh, Riverglades, Swamp of Sorrows, Feralas, Tanaris, The Hinterlands.

Are these level ranges final?

They come from beta build 70009. Blizzard can still change them before launch; we update this page from each new build.
