September 24 notes: what matters for your character

Cooldown Manager and gamepad changes
The notes describe the Cooldown Manager as disabled by default, with an option under Gameplay Enhancement. Druid, Mage, Priest, Warrior and Warlock are named for testing in this update. Additional classes and spell-rank support are not yet covered by that statement.
Gamepad work includes class-specific flyouts, targeting options and layout fixes. Check the current option labels in your client before following a guide recorded against an earlier build.
Known issues remain separate
The same official post lists tracking limitations for certain spells, pets and item enhancements, as well as a Stormwind minimap issue and missing combo points in the Personal Resource Display. A known issue is not a confirmed fix simply because it appears under the same dated post.
If a built-in tracker fails for one of these cases, repeatedly reinstalling an unrelated addon may not help. Identify whether the behavior belongs to the built-in system, an addon or the game itself. The addon guide gives a controlled comparison method.
Righteous Fury: which number is right?
The notes call the Righteous Fury change an increase while listing values from 90% to 60%. The client data shows what the talent does now: open the Paladin talent calculator and hover Improved Righteous Fury.
