Why is the beta missing?

The World of Warcraft: Forever Beta option only appears for accounts with beta access. Installing another WoW version or reinstalling Battle.net does not add it.

Check these in order

  1. Right account? Log in with the Battle.net account you opted in or bought the upgrade on. A different account (or a different WoW license on the same account) does not share access.
  2. Selected or purchased? Opting in only puts you in the pool; invitations go out in waves. Only the Epic Pack, the Collection and the Collector’s Edition beta code guarantee access — the Heroic Pack does not.
  3. Purchase finished? Check that the order shows Complete in your transaction history. Blizzard allows up to 30 minutes for access to appear.
  4. Restart Battle.net. Quit it fully and reopen it, then open World of Warcraft → Game Version → In Development.
  5. Update the app. An outdated Battle.net client can hide new versions.

Still missing after 30 minutes?

Contact Blizzard support with your order number (for purchases) and region. For opt-in players, the only fix is being selected in a later wave — or buying an upgrade that includes access.
